2. Description of services

2.1. STATLEAGUE provides performance tracked football for all users. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2. STATLEAGUE has the right to cancel a game if the minimum required number of players is not met 6 hours before the fixture's kick off. Players who have purchased a position will be entitled to a full refund.

2.3. Players who request a refund within 24 hours of, or after, the fixture's kick off, will not be permitted to a refund.

2.4. Matches are filmed by STATLEAGUE, and hosted using a third party service (YouTube). By agreeing to these terms, and by purchasing a position for a match, footage can be watched by a public audience post-match.

2.5. Player names and video footage may be used on STATLEAGUE social media pages to help promote the features we offer.

3. Suitability

3.1. STATLEAGUE is for people aged 18 or over.

4. User conduct

4.1. You agree not to engage in any activities that are harmful, illegal, or violate the rights of others while using our services.

4.2. You may not use our services to transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All content provided by STATLEAGUE, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of STATLEAGUE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. STATLEAGUE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Public Liability Insurance has been taken out to cover for the described.
